The Villa

Heron Shore is a welcoming two-bedroom, two-bath villa designed for easy, comfortable stays on Kiawah Island. Located on the first floor, the villa sleeps up to eight with a king bed, two full beds, and a sleeper sofa, along with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that Heron Shore is a pet-free property.

Tucked into Kiawah’s peaceful Turtle Cove community, Heron Shore is just a short walk from the beach and within easy walking or biking distance of the clubhouse and restaurant at Turtle Point Golf Course and the award-winning Sanctuary hotel.

From morning walks along the shore and afternoons on the golf course to dinner just down the road, Heron Shore puts the best of Kiawah within easy reach—a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy the effortless rhythm of island life.
